Terms and Conditions

This policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to Winter 2026 registrations, payments, withdrawals and refunds.


At a glance:

  • Fees must be paid in full when you register.
  • If your child is not placed in a team, club fees will be fully refunded.
  • If you withdraw after trials (before 31 March, 2026), a refund will be issued minus a $50 administration fee.
  • Withdrawals after 31 March, 2026, refunds are only considered in special circumstances.
  • Netball SA and Netball Australia fees are not managed by the club and are subject to their own refund rules.

1. Registration & Payment

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • Players on an PayPal Pay-by-4 payment plan are considered fully paid.
  • Players must be registered and financial before their age group’s first trial if joining before trials, or before commencing training if joining after trials.
  • Players must be registered to take the court in matches.
  • Unregistered or unfinancial players will not be permitted to take the court.


2. Team Placement & Trials

  • No team placement- A full refund of club fees will be provided.
  • Withdrawal after trials (before 31 March, 2026)- A refund will be issued minus a $50 administration fee.
  • Withdrawals after 31 March, 2026- Refunds will only be considered in special circumstances and assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.


3. Withdrawals & Notification

  • All withdrawals, for any reason and at any time, must be submitted via email to:
    noarlunganc@adam.com.au
  • If requesting a refund due to special circumstances, please include relevant details to assist the club in assessing your request.
  • Personalised uniforms that have been ordered or processed must be paid in full, regardless of withdrawal.


4. Netball Australia & Netball SA Fees

  • Netball SA registrations are linked to the player, not the club.
  • If you play at another club within the same registration period, Netball SA fees will not need to be paid again.
  • If you do not play at any club, refunds of Netball SA fees must be sought directly from Netball SA.
  • Netball Australia fees are non‑refundable.
  • Netball SA fees cannot be refunded by Noarlunga Netball Club.
  • Your Netball SA registration is valid for 12 months (April 2026 – April 2027) and includes the 2026/27 Summer Season.


5. Netball SA Fee Refund Conditions

  • After notifying Noarlunga Netball Club of your withdrawal, you will be provided with a link to request a refund from Netball SA.
  • Once a player takes the court, Netball SA fees are non‑refundable.
  • If a player has not taken the court, Netball SA fees may be refundable within 30 days of registration. Refunds are not guaranteed after this time.


6. Sports Voucher (South Australia Sports Voucher)

  • The South Australia Sports Voucher can be applied during the PlayHQ checkout process where the player is eligible.
  • Vouchers must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after registration is submitted.
  • PlayHQ does not allow vouchers to be applied across multiple line items within a registration. When two vouchers are used:
  • Voucher 1 will automatically apply to the Netball SA registration fee.
  • Voucher 2 will apply to the Noarlunga Netball Club season fee.
  • If the total registration cost is less than the voucher value, any unused balance is forfeited.
  • Vouchers cannot be refunded, transferred, or reissued once applied in PlayHQ.
  • Once a Sports Voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded to the parent as cash, and it cannot be transferred to another child. The voucher value stays with the provider claim
  • After the voucher is claimed, if a player withdraws and a refund is approved, the voucher component will not be refunded and is forfeited in accordance with PlayHQ and government guidelines. If the voucher hasn’t been claimed yet, Noarlunga Netball Club can cancel the claim and return it to the voucher system so it can use it elsewhere that calendar year.


7. Volunteer Requirement

  • All registered players (or nominated family members) are expected to complete a minimum of 2 volunteer hours during the season.
  • Players may opt out of volunteering by selecting the Volunteer Opt‑Out option at registration.
  • Selecting this option consents to receiving an additional invoice, which must be paid before Round 1 to avoid restricted court time.
  • If the Volunteer Opt‑Out Fee ($50) was not selected and the agreed volunteer shift is not completed during minor rounds, the shift becomes mandatory during SHNA Finals.
  • If the volunteer shift is still not completed, a $50 fee will be applied to the player’s membership account.

By registering with Noarlunga Netball Club, players and families acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Upon your registration, PlayHQ will ask you to acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
